The Grappa Ottantotto Barriques Riserva by Luigi Francoli is a distillate of unique elegance, born from the careful selection of Piedmontese grape pomace. Produced in the heart of Piedmont, this grappa ages in fine wooden barriques, a process that imparts complexity and roundness without losing the typical freshness of the distillate. On the nose, it opens with rich notes of vanilla, toasted wood, and subtle fruity hints, while on the palate the softness harmonizes with a persistent and slightly spicy finish.

Its enveloping structure makes it ideal for moments of meditation, to be enjoyed slowly at the end of a meal. Also perfect paired with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses, this grappa represents a balance between tradition and innovation in artisanal distillation, enhancing territorial identity with great style and character.
