The Grappa Porto Cask Finish of Luigi Francoli represents an elegant synthesis between tradition and innovation in the world of Italian grappas. This distillate is born from selected pomace, typical of the Lombardy region, where artisanal craftsmanship meets a passion for detail. Its aging in barrels previously used for Porto, a Portuguese fortified wine, gives the product a unique and refined character, enriched with sweet and spicy notes.

On the nose, an enveloping complexity emerges, with notes of ripe fruit, hints of vanilla, and sweet spices intertwining with the typical freshness of young grappa. The palate is soft and harmonious, with a persistent and slightly tannic finish that recalls the wood of Porto, offering a perfect balance between strength and delicacy.
