Marc Brédif's Héritage Brut Tradition Crémant de Loire is an effervescent and refined expression of winemaking savoir-faire in the Loire Valley, a French region famous for its high-quality sparkling wines. Produced according to the traditional method, the same used for Champagne, this Crémant encapsulates the elegance and freshness typical of the wines of the Arno, thanks to a skilful combination of local grapes that give the blend complexity and liveliness.

Marc Brédif, a renowned winery with a history spanning over a century, is known for its dedication to quality and for producing wines that faithfully reflect the unique terroir of the Loire Valley. L'Héritage Brut Tradition represents the winery's pride and commitment to creating sparkling wines that satisfy the most demanding palates, celebrating the richness and varietal diversity of the region.

Wine Profile: At sight, the Héritage Brut Tradition presents itself with a brilliant straw yellow colour, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage which testifies to its quality and the attention paid to its creation. On the nose, it offers an intense and captivating aromatic bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, wild flowers, honey and a light touch of citrus, which combine with nuances of toasted bread and hazelnut deriving from the period of aging on the yeasts.

In the mouth, the wine reveals an extraordinary freshness and liveliness, supported by a balanced structure and a soft creaminess. The acidity is well balanced and leads to a long and clean finish, where the fruity flavors and slightly toasted notes blend in a pleasant and persistent gustatory harmony.

Gastronomic Pairings: Thanks to its versatility, Héritage Brut Tradition lends itself splendidly as an aperitif, but can elegantly accompany the entire meal. It is particularly suitable with light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, as well as with fresh and delicate cheeses. Its freshness also makes it an ideal companion for celebrating special occasions and moments of conviviality.

With the Héritage Brut Tradition - Crémant de Loire, Marc Brédif offers a tribute to the winemaking tradition of the Loire Valley, offering a sparkling wine that is both testimony to the cellar's craftsmanship and a lively expression of the region's rich varietal mosaic.
