Mount Hermon White, produced by the Hermon winery, is born in the evocative area of Mount Hermon, a high-altitude zone that offers ideal conditions for the cultivation of quality white grape varieties. This wine expresses a fresh and vibrant character, thanks to the combination of grapes grown in a unique terroir, where the cool climate and cool evenings come together to preserve the primary aromas.



On the nose, it presents delicate notes of white fruit, such as green apple and pear, accompanied by slight floral and mineral hints. On the palate, it is elegant and harmonious, with good acidity that gives freshness and persistence. The aging takes place in stainless steel, thus preserving the aromatic purity typical of the territory.
