This fine 2006 Bordeaux is a true masterpiece resulting from the winemaking excellence of Chateau Marquis de Terme, located in the heart of the renowned Margaux region. Packaged in an elegant case, this wine is ideal both for collectors and those wishing to enjoy a unique sensory experience.

The year 2006 was particularly favorable for Bordeaux wines, and this is reflected in the complex and harmonious qualities of this Château Marquis de Terme. The wine displays a deep, nearly impenetrable red color, heralding the richness of flavors and aromas.

On the nose, it offers an intriguing bouquet, characterized by notes of ripe black fruits such as plums and blackberries, interwoven with nuances of tobacco, dark chocolate, and a subtle hint of wood spices, due to 18 months of aging in barriques. The olfactory complexity is enhanced by tertiary nuances that develop with further maturation in the bottle.

In the mouth, the wine is fully balanced, with silky tannins that beautifully structure the sip without overwhelming the freshness of the fruit. The acidity is well-calibrated and leads to a long and persistent finish, leaving memories of vanilla and dark fruit.

This 2006 Bordeaux from Chateau Marquis de Terme is an excellent choice to accompany richly flavored dishes, such as red meat roasts, truffle-based dishes, or aged cheeses. It will also be magnificent when enjoyed on its own, as a meditation wine, to fully appreciate its qualities.

A true gem for Bordeaux wine lovers who know how to recognize the quality and distinction offered by a good vintage and an excellent producer.
