The Junmai Daiginjo (NO.11) of Sakari is a sublime example of the refined art of Japanese sake production, coming from an area dedicated to enological and fermentative excellence. This sake is made with selected short-grain rice, polished to remove at least 50% of its surface, enhancing the delicacies of the terroir and the purity of the ingredients.

In the glass, it appears crystalline, with complex aromas of white flowers, exotic fruits, and light notes of fermented rice that anticipate a clean and harmonious sip. The balance between sweetness and acidity supports an elegant and fresh persistence, thanks to a meticulous fermentation process and proper aging. Ideal for accompanying raw fish dishes such as sushi and sashimi, but also delicate vegetable or white meat dishes, it enhances the flavor nuances without overpowering them.

A distillate that combines tradition and innovation, perfect for those seeking an authentic sensory journey into the world of high-quality sake.
