The Kanjuku Umeshu Muroka Genshu 72 cl - Sakari produced by the Sakari winery is a traditional Japanese distillate that intensely expresses the richness of ume, the Japanese plum, grown in selected soils. This umeshu stands out for its special “muroka” (unfiltered) and “genshu” (undiluted) processing, which preserves all the purity and original strength of the fruit, giving the product a full-bodied structure and a rich character.

On the nose, sweet and enveloping notes of ripe fruit emerge, accompanied by floral accents and a delicate almond scent. The sip is balanced between natural sweetness and fresh acidity, with a persistent and soft aftertaste reminiscent of apricot and honey. Ideal as a digestive or paired with fruit-based desserts, this umeshu represents an excellence of the Japanese territory and the respect for ancient fermentation techniques.
