The Kawasemi Junmai Genshu, produced by the Koshinohana winery, is an authentic sake that embodies the purity and elegance of the Japanese terroir. Originating from the Niigata region, renowned for its climatic balance and pure waters, this Junmai Genshu is made exclusively with selected rice and crystal-clear water, without added distilled alcohol. The term “Genshu” indeed indicates an undiluted sake, richer and more intense in body.

On the nose, it opens with delicate notes of fermented rice, white flowers, and a slight hint of ripe fruit, while on the palate it surprises with its fresh and full structure, balanced by a light acidity and a persistent mineral aftertaste. The traditional fermentation process enhances the aromatic complexity and the typical smoothness of this Junmai.

Perfect to pair with Japanese cuisine dishes such as sashimi, tempura, or raw fish-based dishes, the Kawasemi Junmai Genshu is also suitable for moments of meditative tasting, revealing its refined personality with every sip.
