La Blanche BIO Amphora by Drouin represents excellence in the world of organic artisanal ciders from Normandy, a region famous for its centuries-old tradition in cider apple production. This bottle contains a blend of carefully selected apple varieties, whose aromatic balance is enhanced by spontaneous fermentation in terracotta amphorae, a method that imparts refined minerality and a more enveloping structure to the final product.

In the glass, it offers a bright straw color with golden reflections. On the nose, fresh scents of green apple, citrus, and light hints of wildflowers emerge, enriched by an elegant earthy note derived from aging in the amphora. The sip is harmonious, well balanced between acidity and natural sweetness, with fine bubbles that make the drinking experience pleasant and lively. The overall texture is slender with a slightly savory and persistent finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is also ideal with fish dishes, white meats, or fresh cheeses, highlighting the versatility and authentic expression of the Norman terroir in an organic and sustainable form.
