Langhe Riesling DOC - Bric Cenciurio is a white wine born in the heart of the Langhe, a region renowned for the quality of its wines and the particular attention to detail in the vineyard and cellar. This Riesling stands out for its freshness and the minerality that the calcareous-clayey soil imparts to the grapes, carefully cultivated in respect of local tradition. The winemaking process involves fermentation at low temperatures, which preserves the varietal aromas, while aging in steel maintains its liveliness and purity intact.

On the nose, it opens with intense scents of white flowers, citrus fruits, and subtle hints of white-fleshed fruit, accompanied by a delicate mineral vein that provides elegance and depth. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, with a pleasant savoriness that makes it ideal to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, or light appetizers. A refined and authentic example of Riesling in Piedmont.

Winery history
The winery was established by combining family land around the historic vineyard called "Bric Cenciurio". The enterprise was launched in the early 1990s by Franco Pittatore and his brother-in-law Carlo Sacchetto, and is now carried on by their family members, who manage the vineyards in Barolo, Castellinaldo and Magliano Alfieri.
Production philosophy
Small-scale production: hands-on vineyard care, reduced use of synthetic chemicals, preservation of biodiversity and respect for the natural timing of grape ripening. In the cellar, winemaking techniques that preserve the expressive character of the grape variety and the land are preferred.
Terroir and vineyards
Headquartered in Barolo, with vineyards distributed between the municipality of Barolo and Roero areas such as Castellinaldo and Magliano Alfieri. The name derives from a historic plot in the Roero, an area characterized by marly soils and microclimates typical of the Langhe and the Roero.
