Les Monts de Boncourt by A. Chopin et Fils is an extra virgin olive oil that elegantly tells the story of the French olive-growing tradition, particularly rooted in the Jura region. This territory, known for its temperate climate and hilly soils, gives the olives a unique, balanced, and complex character. The company A. Chopin et Fils, with meticulous artisanal care, cold extracts the oil, preserving its freshness, aromas, and nutritional qualities.

On the nose, it opens with herbaceous scents and vegetal notes reminiscent of tomato leaf and freshly cut grass, while on the palate the personality is gentle but present, with bitterness and a slight spiciness that attest to the freshness of the harvest. This oil is superb for enhancing delicate dishes such as white meats, grilled vegetables, and even fresh cheeses, making each course a balanced and refined aromatic experience.

Les Monts de Boncourt is therefore a niche product that combines the mastery of a passionate family with the specificities of a remote but rich potential territory, offering an extra virgin olive oil that tells the essence of the Jura with every drop.
