The Liquore Amaro d'Erbe Il 28 di Via San Nicolao from Distilleria Berta is a charming expression of Piedmontese herbal art, rooted in the territory of Moncalvo, in the Langhe region. This bitter liqueur is born from a careful selection of alpine and Mediterranean herbs, skillfully balanced to enhance the aromatic complexity without losing harmony and refinement. The infusion and slow maceration in selected alcohol allow the extraction of balsamic notes, sweet bitters, and light spicy hints, typical of a handcrafted, high-quality product.

On the palate, it presents a soft and enveloping texture, where the aromas of gentian, rhubarb, and licorice are recognized, accompanied by a lively freshness that makes this amaro perfect as a digestif after heavy meals. Excellent to be enjoyed neat, it can also enrich refined cocktails, highlighting its complexity without overpowering it. A true tribute to Piedmontese tradition and elegance.
