The Malvasia vineyards are cultivated with the simple guyot training system. In the cellar, cryo-maceration on the skins is applied for 24 hours and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C with selected yeasts. The wine will then undergo a slow refermentation in an autoclave where it will complete its fragrance.
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. Fruity aromas of apricot and peach arrive on the nose. The sip is fruity and fresh, with a pleasant and characteristic aromatic vein.
It is recommended to taste it as an aperitif, it is also perfect with appetizers and fish-based dishes.
