Mezcal Espadin Joven 70cl - Aprendiz is born in the heart of Mexico, a land rich in tradition and passion for agave distillate. Made exclusively from the maguey espadín grape variety, this young expression captures the authentic essence of mezcal, without barrel aging that would alter its freshness. The artisanal production method involves cooking the agave plants in ovens dug into the earth, followed by spontaneous fermentation and double distillation in copper or terracotta stills, which give complexity and character.

On the nose, herbal scents, smoky notes, and a slight sweetness typical of agave can be perceived, while on the palate it is vibrant and clean, with a balance between minerality and alcoholic warmth. The persistent finish leaves a well-calibrated smoky memory. Ideal for those who want to discover the beating heart of mezcal, it pairs perfectly with spicy dishes from Mexican tradition or grilled meat preparations, enhancing their most intense flavors.
