The Mezcal Joven Tapeztate of Yuu Baal represents an authentic expression of the Oaxacan mezcal tradition, obtained from the wild Agave Salmiana subspecies Tapeztate, cultivated in the arid and historically rich lands of the Oaxaca territory. This agave, known for its slow growth and the difficulty in harvesting, gives the distillate an aromatic complexity and a strong character, marked by smoky and mineral notes intertwined with herbaceous and earthy hints.

The production process follows artisanal methods passed down from generation to generation: the piñas are cooked in traditional open-air ovens, then fermented with natural yeasts and distilled in copper stills, thus preserving the intensity and rustic identity of the product. On the palate, the mezcal fascinates with its vigorous structure, the persistence of smoke, and a pleasant final savoriness.

It pairs perfectly with grilled meat dishes, roasted vegetables, and aged cheeses, making every sip a sensory journey into the authentic flavors of rural Mexico.
