Mezcal Tobala The Claw Edition Sola de Veaga 70cl - Astucciato - Pescador de Suenos is a distillate that elegantly tells the complexity of the wild Tobala grape variety, harvested at high altitudes in the Oaxaca region, Mexico. Its artisanal production respects traditional techniques, with a slow cooking of the agave plants in earth-dug ovens and a subsequent double distillation in copper stills, which enhance the ancestral aromas of this less common variety compared to the classic Espadín.

In the glass it appears with a crystalline color and a wide bouquet, where smoky notes intertwine with herbaceous scents of the forest, spicy hints, and a mineral undertone that recalls the volcanic soil of cultivation. On the palate it is soft and round, with a long persistence that leaves space for a slightly sweet and balsamic finish. Ideal to be enjoyed neat, it pairs perfectly with authentic Mexican cuisine dishes or grilled meats.
