A wine rich in territoriality, which expresses the great commitment of the Zaccagnini family in best describing the typical varieties of Abruzzo viticulture.
After destemming the bunches, the berries are softly pressed, the must macerates with the submerged cap technique and is fermented in stainless steel containers. The refinement includes a period of stabilization in steel for 4 months and rest in large barrels for a total period of 6 months.
It reveals itself with a typically ruby red color. The bouquet with which it opens to the nose offers well-blended fruity and spicy nuances. In the mouth, from the first sip, it is a medium-bodied wine characterized by a refreshing taste that involves the palate with a fresh and fruity pleasure and a fine tannic texture.
An extremely versatile red, perfect throughout the meal but also as an aperitif, in combination with land-based menus.
