A label that comes from grapes from vines grown on medium-textured clayey soils, on a tent and espalier training system. After the medium-late harvest, the grapes are softly pressed, with submerged cap maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Once the malolactic fermentation has taken place, sterile filtration follows and maturation in stainless steel for a period of about 4 months with no oxygen. It is bottled without the addition of sulphites (not exceeding 10 mg/L in terms of total SO2); short period of aging in the bottle before being put on the market.
In the glass you can admire its beautiful, very intense ruby red colour. The nose has fruity aromas of black fruit such as blackberry, blueberry and plum, amalgamated with floral aromas of violets and notes of freshly cut hay. On the palate it is extremely enveloping, a dynamism that plays between sweetness and freshness.
The combination is perfect with first and second courses based on meat and cheese.
