The grape harvest takes place from mid-October. After the collection, it follows delicate pressing, followed by maceration for about 15-20 days. After racking, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (20-22°C) to then complete the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The wine is then decanted and subsequently bottled and aged in the bottle for at least 6 months.
A wine that stands out in the glass for its ruby red color, with light violet reflections. The sense of smell is inebriated by the fruity aromas of blackberries and currants, which intersect with light floral hints of violet. On the palate it is powerful, full and enveloping.
A wine that, from the very first sip, is soft and velvety but still tannic, very persistent on the palate and characterized by a fruity and spicy return on the finish. At the table, it goes perfectly with platters of medium-aged cheeses, first courses with meat sauces, grilled, roasted and white meats.
