The discount is automatically applied to the Cart.Purosangue, as the name suggests, is the unique expression of Morellino from pure Sangiovese grapes, which also recalls the tradition that sees the name Morellino deriving from the Maremma "morelli" horses, for a purebred Sangiovese, juicy and elegant.
The grapes are harvested in the last week of September. There fermentation is in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C for 15 days. A refined wine 12 months in large barrels and 3 months in the bottle.
At sight it conquers with its red color ruby with garnet reflections. A rich, enveloping scent of ripe red fruit and spicy notes give rise to an intoxicating bouquet that is also complex on the nose.
When tasted, it shows a full-flavored red, with a good structure, with mature and well-developed tannins; excellent in combination with red meats, game and roasts.
