Ca' Bianca's Moscato d'Asti is a sparkling sweet wine that perfectly embodies the elegance and freshness of the Moscato Bianco grape, grown in the hills of Piedmont, an Italian region renowned for its rich winemaking tradition. This wine, characterized by a low alcohol content and a pleasant natural effervescence, is the result of a meticulous selection of the best Moscato grapes, harvested in full compliance with their ripening cycle to guarantee maximum aromatic and gustatory expression.

Visually, Ca' Bianca's Moscato d'Asti has a light straw yellow colour, embellished with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage, which anticipates the quality and pleasantness of the sip. On the nose, the bouquet is intensely aromatic, with dominant notes of peach, apricot and acacia flowers, enriched by nuances of sage and lemon, which give the wine a rich and inviting olfactory profile.

On the palate, the natural sweetness of Moscato balances harmoniously with the fresh and lively acidity, creating a perfect combination that makes the wine extremely drinkable and never cloying. The soft effervescence caresses the palate, accompanying the fruity and floral notes in a long and pleasantly aromatic finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to desserts and fine pastries, Ca' Bianca's Moscato d'Asti is also a perfect companion for spicy Asian dishes, where its sweetness and freshness can expertly contrast with the intense and spicy flavours.

With its Moscato d'Asti, Ca' Bianca offers an excellent example of how passion for viticulture and care in production can translate into a highly pleasant wine, capable of expressing the richness and variety of the Piedmontese territory.
