The Muscadet Sèvre et Maine La Dame de Onze Heures by Michel Delhommeau is born in the heart of the Loire, one of the most prestigious wine-growing areas for the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety. This white wine elegantly expresses the unique character of the territory: vibrant freshness and saline minerality, typical of the granite soils of this appellation. The traditional winemaking, with natural refermentation and aging on fine lees for an extended period, gives the wine a refined complexity and a light sparkle.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow color, while on the nose, notes of citrus, green apple, and a hint of aromatic herbs are perceived. The sip is dry, balanced, with a lively acidity that makes it particularly suitable to accompany dishes based on seafood, fresh fish, and soft cheeses. La Dame de Onze Heures is a refined expression of Muscadet tradition, capable of enchanting with its clear personality.
