The Negroamaro Salento IGP "12 e mezzo" Jeroboam from the Varvaglione winery is a robust and velvety red wine, produced in the fertile lands of Salento. This wine is distinguished by its intense ruby hue and aromatic bouquet, where notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and a slight vanilla touch stand out, the result of careful barrel aging.

On the palate, it is rich and harmonious, with a well-balanced tannic structure that perfectly complements the fruit's generosity. The acidity is well-calibrated, providing freshness, and the finish is persistent, leaving a pleasant aftertaste of blackberry and dark chocolate.

The Jeroboam size, equivalent to four standard bottles, makes it ideal for special occasions, allowing for celebration with elegance and generosity. It pairs splendidly with hearty dishes like meat roasts, game, and aged cheeses. This wine represents a magnificent expression of the Salento terroir and a tribute to the power of Negroamaro.
