Nero d'Avola Sicilia DOC Bio - Lisùli - Az. Vinicola Vaccaro by Lisùli, produced by the Azienda Vinicola Vaccaro, represents an authentic excellence of the Sicilian territory. This wine is made from organic Nero d’Avola grapes, an emblematic variety of Sicily, grown in the heart of a sun-kissed land enriched by a terroir of calcareous and clayey soils. The result is an intense, vibrant red wine with great personality.
On the nose, it opens with fruity notes of cherry and plum, accompanied by spicy hints and light touches of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is balanced and full, with soft tannins and a pleasant freshness that enhances its drinkability. The aging takes place in steel to preserve the natural expression of the organic grapes. Perfect to accompany traditional Sicilian dishes such as roasted meats, aged cheeses, and rich sauces.
