The Nocino Limited Edition 70cl from Distilleria Caselli is born in the heart of the Emilian Apennines, a land tied to tradition and artisanal quality. This liqueur comes from the infusion in alcohol of walnut husks rigorously handpicked during the period of St. John, preserving intact their essence and the unique character of the territory. Aging in precious wooden barrels imparts depth and aromatic complexity, enhancing spicy and balsamic notes, with touches of vanilla, cocoa, and bitter almond that blend into a harmonious balance.

Of intense brown color, it reveals enveloping scents of aromatic herbs and dried fruit on the nose, while on the palate it appears soft yet persistent, with warm and slightly bitter sensations typical of walnut husks. Excellent to enjoy neat at the end of a meal, it is suitable as a valuable ingredient in cocktails or paired with chocolate-based desserts and dry sweets, highlighting the typicality of Emilian tradition.
