Let’s talk about Nocino Spadoni 50cl

More questions

Nocino Spadoni is a traditional Italian liqueur, cherished for its intense character and the rich history it carries. Produced by a distillery deeply rooted in Italian wine culture, Nocino Spadoni is carefully crafted following traditional methods. This spirit uses hand-picked green walnuts, left to macerate for months, according to an ancient recipe that dates back to distant times.

The result is a dark brown liqueur with amber reflections, offering intense aromas of walnut, coffee, and spices like cinnamon and cloves on the nose. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced taste, where the natural sweetness of the fruits is complemented by a slight astringency that enhances its complexity.

Nocino Spadoni lends itself splendidly both as a post-meal digestif and as an innovative ingredient in mixology, providing an intriguing base for both classic and modern cocktails. Ideally served chilled, this liqueur is an authentic expression of Italian tradition and flavors, perfect for enriching any spirits collection of an aficionado.

Distillation
For the Rhum Jamaica: distilled from sugar cane molasses in pot stills/artisanal stills according to a historical recipe; the other products in the range (nocino, fernet, china, rosoli) are obtained by infusion and hydroalcoholic extraction of botanicals.
