The story
The brand is part of the Molino Spadoni group, a family-owned company in the province of Ravenna that passed to the Spadoni family in 1921. Over generations the mill's core business diversified and a gastronomic line was introduced, including craft beers, vinegars and liqueurs signed Leonardo Spadoni.
Production philosophy
To enhance local traditional recipes and use artisanal methods: liqueurs are produced following historical recipes (some inspired by Pellegrino Artusi's formulas or period recipes) and favouring the use of botanical infusions and extracts typical of the tradition.

Headquarters and production in the Coccolia area (Municipality of Ravenna), Emilia-Romagna. The Molino Spadoni group operates nationally and exports to several foreign markets.
