Offida DOCG Pecorino Comes - Saladini Pilastri is born in the heart of the Marchigian hills, where the Pecorino grape gives life to an elegant and structured white wine. This wine expresses the typicality of the Offida territory, characterized by limestone soils and a particular thermal excursion, ideal elements to enhance the freshness and minerality of the native grape variety. After controlled fermentation, the aging takes place in steel, preserving the aromatic purity and the liveliness of the berries.

The result is a bright wine, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit and delicate floral notes, accompanied by a vibrant acidity and a pleasant savory aftertaste that invites drinking. Offida DOCG Pecorino Comes pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, and first courses based on vegetables, enhancing Mediterranean flavors with a touch of freshness and authenticity. A refined expression of Pecorino, capable of combining tradition and modernity.
