1977 was a truly special year for the Colli Ripani winery: the year of the first vinification. In honor of this date, a line of wines was born that includes 7 wines, conceived by 7 creative couples, who were able to tell their stories firsthand, with distinctive details that make Ripatransone a truly special land.
At the time of the harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and placed in small boxes. Immediately transferred to the cellar, they undergo a soft pressing, thermo-conditioned fermentation, oxygen-free maturation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and long contacts with fine lees.
The color shown in the glass is pale straw yellow. Delicious fruity aromas of green apple rise to the nose which with aging turn towards floral notes of broom and acacia. The sip is perceived fresh and pleasant, with floral and fruity references and a perceptible persistence.
A wine particularly suitable with fish-based dishes and light first courses.
