The Passito Bianco Monte Croce of Mezzina, signed Tommasi, is a refined example of the Venetian winemaking tradition, obtained from carefully selected dried grapes to enhance their aromatic potential. Coming from the vineyards of Valpolicella, this passito elegantly expresses the richness of the territory, thanks to a complex aging process that enhances its softness and complexity.

In the glass, it presents an intense golden color, while the nose reveals delicate notes of dried fruit, honey, and candied citrus peels, accompanied by floral and vanilla hints. On the palate, it is enveloping and harmonious, balanced by a pleasant freshness that makes the tasting refined and satisfying. Perfect with aged cheeses or dried fruit-based desserts, it is a small gem to enjoy in moments of contemplation.
