Pignoletto is a very ancient vine, already known in Roman times. A sparkling version that is vinified with a very particular method, practicing a single fermentation in an autoclave directly from the must. It is then aged for a period of about two months on the noble lees, then undergoes cold stabilisation. This particular vinification process makes Scrigno a wine rich in truly particular and unique aromas and flavours.

When poured it shows a bright yellow color with a fine perlage. On the palate the taste is pleasantly soft, extremely fruity and fresh, in perfect harmony between acidity and residual sugar which makes the typical bitter taste of Pignoletto perfectly balanced.
It lends itself very well to being consumed as an aperitif, it is also excellent to accompany appetizers and fish-based dishes, and is very pleasant drunk with white meats.
