Pinot Grigio IGT - Rondineto - Savini

Pinot Grigio is a grape variety that originated from a genetic mutation of Pinot Noir, today highly appreciated given the valid results also in the Abruzzo region.
The grape harvest takes place starting from the second half of August. After the harvest, it follows delicate pressing and racking, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (17 ° C) for about 10 days. The wine is then decanted and bottled and aged in the bottle for a short time.
A wine that stands out in the glass for its straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is conquered by the fruity aromas of ripe Golden apples, pleasantly blended with delicate citrus and spicy aromas.
A white that immediately conquers for its freshness and persistence on the palate, with a slightly citrusy finish to be enjoyed to the full. An easy-to-drink very soft glass, ideal at the table in combination with fish-based dishes, risottos and white meats. Also excellent served as an aperitif.
