It was 1982 when "I Germogli" debuted on the market, a Pinot Noir vinified in white in a sparkling version, with a typically territorial taste. Obtained from 88% Pinot Noir and 12% Chardonnay grapes, this wine is first vinified in white so as not to leave any chromatic trace of the Pinot, and then refermented in an autoclave, in order to gain that fresh effervescence that defines and characterizes it.
Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections, it has a clear and brilliant appearance that leads to a fragrant nose of green apple, elderberry and currant, white plum and lily of the valley, with a very light citrus nuance. On the palate it is lively, fresh and delicately balanced from the first sip, with multiple fruity flavors.
A drinkable white that will win over the most skeptics; perfect for an aperitif or for a brunch, it goes well with seafood, eggs but also white meats.
