Pisco Acholado 70cl - Tabernero is born in the Ica region, the beating heart of the production of this excellent Peruvian distillate. The result of a skillful blend of different white grape varieties, this pisco expresses the richness and complexity that characterize the Acholados, that is, blends with a varied and enveloping aromatic profile.

The aging takes place in traditional stills, which preserve the light essence and transparency of the distillate, enhancing floral, fruity, and slightly spicy notes. On the nose, hints of citrus, white flowers, and a touch of exotic fruit are perceived, while on the palate the texture is soft and velvety, with a clean and persistent finish that invites slow sipping.

Perfect for classic cocktails like the Pisco Sour or the Chilcano, but also paired with fish dishes and fusion cuisine. This Pisco Acholado tells the territorial vocation of Tabernero, with a balance between tradition and modernity, offering a sensory experience that invites exploration of the culture and flavors of the Andean lands.
