The Pouilly-Fumé Terres MCMLV Du Bouchot represents a refined expression of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation, located in the heart of the Loire Valley region in France. This wine is produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown on soils rich in marl and exposed limestone, which give the wine a distinctive mineral quality, similar to flint dust.

With a clear and vibrant character, the Pouilly-Fumé Terres MCMLV opens on the nose with elegant notes of citrus, green bell pepper, and a distinctive smoky nuance, a sign of the complexity that the terroir imparts to this cru. On the palate, there is a perfect balance between freshness and structure, with a pleasant savoriness that accompanies a long and persistent finish, making it ideal to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses.

Vinification takes place through controlled temperature fermentation, preserving aromatic intensity and gustatory purity, while aging in stainless steel helps maintain the vibrant acidity typical of Sauvignon Blanc. A white wine that strongly expresses the identity of a unique territory, capable of captivating lovers of elegant and mineral white wines.
