A sparkling wine that is born in the Romagna hinterland, from Trebbiano and Malvasia berries, coming from vines grown at an altitude of 150 meters above sea level. on calcareous clay soil. The harvest takes place in mid-September, the vinification involves a first fermentation of the base, a second fermentation in an autoclave at a controlled temperature for about 20 days and aging again in an autoclave.
At sight it shows off a brilliant straw yellow color with a fine perlage. The nose seduces with an intense and aromatic scent punctuated by notes of yellow peach and sweet spices. It offers a sip in the sign of pleasantness, with a right acidity that is strengthened in the effervescence.
Perfect as an aperitif, it is also an excellent companion with seafood first and second courses.
