The Glera vines are grown in organic farming, its grapes are harvested manually in mid-September. Once in the cellar, the bunches undergo a soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature, with a 3-month sparkling process according to the Charmat method.
It has a light and bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The bouquet is clean and delicate, with fruity aromas of pear and apple. An aromatic and perfectly balanced taste, with a persistent, mineral and savory finish.
An extremely pleasant Prosecco whose service is recommended as an aperitif glass.
