The Prosecco Brut DOC of Peruzzet, coming from the renowned Veneto area, expresses the typical elegance of the Glera grape variety with freshness and liveliness. Its fine and persistent foam wraps the palate, revealing delicate floral notes and hints of green apple and citrus. The Charmat method, used for aging in autoclave, preserves the fragrance and natural brightness of the wine. The large Magnum bottle, ideal for convivial occasions, enhances the balance between acidity and softness. Perfect with seafood appetizers and light dishes, it is a refined toast that celebrates the territory with authenticity.
The bottle is astucciato and features an etichetta danneggiata, but it maintains the refined character of this Casa Roma production.
