Prosecco Millesimato Brut DOC - Tenuta Sant'Anna is born in the fertile hills of Veneto, an ideal area for the Glera grape, the beating heart of this sparkling wine. Characterized by a fresh and fragrant expression, this Prosecco stands out for its fine and persistent perlage that envelops the palate with elegance.

The Charmat method, used for the secondary fermentation in autoclave, gives the wine a lively vivacity and an aromatic profile rich in floral and fruity notes, with delicate hints of green apple, white peach, and citrus. The aging on the lees lasts just long enough to develop softness without losing the typical mineral freshness of the terroir.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with light fish dishes, delicate appetizers, and fresh cheeses, enhancing the harmony and lively character of every convivial moment. A refined example of Prosecco Millesimato, balanced and versatile.
