Giusti Wine’s Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut Asolo is a sparkling wine whose label offers two useful points of reference: the Prosecco Superiore DOCG designation and the Extra Brut classification, which indicates a particularly dry style. Asolo provides the geographical reference, while the producer’s name completes the presentation. It suits those looking for a dry sparkling wine to serve as an aperitif or alongside a meal.

Its versatility makes it suitable with small bites, light starters and fish dishes, without overpowering their flavours. It can also be served for an informal toast or a convivial occasion when a dry-style sparkling wine is desired. For best enjoyment, serve it chilled, in keeping with customary serving practices for sparkling wines. A bottle to consider if you prefer restrained sweetness and value the connection to Asolo stated on the label, without relying on more specific descriptions that are not provided.

Terroir and vineyards
The main estate lies between Montello and the Piave’s right-bank floodplain, in the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia: around 130 hectares of vineyards divided among ten estates. The company also farms two plots in Valpolicella Classica. Pinot Grigio Longheri is made from grapes grown in the Longheri vineyard, part of the Rolando estate in the Nervesa della Battaglia area.
