Bursôn is obtained with 100% Longanesi grapes, an ancient native vine of Bagnocavallo (RA), brought back to the top in the 1950s by the Longanesi family and approved by the local consortium. After the manual harvesting of the grapes, they are left to dry in the loft for 30-40 days and then aged in French oak tonneaux for 48 months and the following 12 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
When poured it shows an enchanting garnet red colour. The nose offers fruity hints of red fruit, blackberries and sour cherries, finely mixed with spicy aromas of cocoa and vanilla. A strong, enveloping and elegant taste, characterized by softness and complexity.
It is recommended to combine it with first courses with meat sauce and main courses of important meat, game and game.
