A wine defined by some as having a "wild" character, well structured and balanced tannins. Refine 70% in steel and 30% in 25hl oak barrels.

When poured, it shows an intense ruby red color with slight garnet reflections. Typical slightly spicy aromas arrive on the nose, with hints of black pepper, aromas of coffee and chocolate.

A particularly suitable drink with dishes with a strong taste such as wild boar and game stew. Also try the combination with well-seasoned salami and hams.
