The Rhum Agricole L’Esprit by Neisson is an elegant expression of Martinique, the beating heart of the rhum agricole tradition. Made exclusively from fresh sugarcane juice, rather than molasses, this distillate authentically and purely reflects the Caribbean terroir, characterized by a warm climate and mineral-rich soils. The distillation takes place in column stills, preserving the fresh and vibrant essence of the raw material.

On the nose, it opens with fragrant notes of citrus, aromatic herbs, and a delicate touch of vanilla, while on the palate it reveals a surprising complexity, with hints of ripe tropical fruit, sweet spices, and a light woodiness, the result of moderate aging in oak barrels. Its elegant structure and enveloping persistence make it ideal for those seeking a refined rhum, capable of expressing the richness of the land and the artisanal mastery of the Maison Neisson.

It is excellent to be enjoyed neat, but can also charmingly accompany cocktails based on rhum agricole, enhancing pairings with Creole dishes, spiced meats, or fresh fruit-based desserts.
