The Rhum Agricole Mizunara by Neisson is a distillate that tells the story of the meeting between Caribbean tradition and the Japanese elegance of wood. Produced in Martinique, a territory known for its unique expression of rhum agricole, this distillate comes to life from carefully selected and fermented sugarcane according to artisanal methods, highlighting the authentic identity of the denomination.

What makes it particularly precious is its aging in Mizunara wood barrels, a rare and aromatic Japanese variety capable of giving the rum a fascinating aromatic complexity. On the nose, spicy notes are perceived, with a bouquet that evokes cinnamon, vanilla, and hints of toasted wood, while on the palate it is soft and enveloping, with flavors of dried fruit and a light balsamic touch. The finish is long, elegant, with an aftertaste that recalls honey and oriental spices.

Perfect to savor neat, as an after-dinner meditation, it pairs excellently with dark chocolate or spiced desserts, confirming its distinctive character and the artisanal care of the Neisson master distillers.
