Rhum Sajous 4Y Lustau Oloroso Sherry Cask is a distillate born from Caribbean tradition, an authentic expression of Martinique. This rum, produced exclusively from local sugarcane, matures for four years before being refined in Oloroso Sherry casks from the renowned Jerez-based house Lustau.

The contact with these casks gives the rum a unique character, enriching it with depth and complexity with elegant notes of dried fruit, vanilla, and sweet spices. The bouquet opens with hints of clove and candied citrus, giving way to a soft and enveloping body, with a persistent finish that recalls the sweetness of dried grapes.

Perfect as a contemplative tasting, it pairs excellently with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses, enhancing its versatility thanks to the influences of the territory and the local "canne à sucre" grape variety. A sensory experience that blends Caribbean warmth with Andalusian refinement.
