After careful selection during the harvest, the grapes are delicately destemmed and then macerated for a short period, followed by soft pressing and final clarification of the must by decanting. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and the wine is kept on the lees for six months. Once bottled, the wine is kept in thermo-conditioned rooms for at least two months before being marketed.

The result is a pleasantly aromatic still wine full of great freshness and fragrance that shows off an intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose there are hints that bring to mind floral scents finely mixed with aromas of cedar and citrus. In the mouth it is a refined and enveloping wine, finely citrine, fragrant and intense.

A glass full of nuances to try in combination with dishes based on fish and white meat.
