Ribolla giallo is the vine that, together with Friulian, best represents the winemaking tradition of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Tenuta Luisa cultivates the white berries of this vine near Cormons. To obtain Ribolla Gialla Isonzo the grapes undergo cold skin maceration with soft pressing, followed by decanting and fermentation in steel tanks. The refinement is carried out for 5 months on noble lees and for another 2 directly in the bottle.
The straw yellow color of this wine also has greenish reflections. The nose recalls a fine floral bouquet. In the mouth, however, it is dry and slightly citrine.
Ribolla Gialla Isonzo is the perfect wine for appetizers, aperitifs and to accompany fish.
