Romagna DOC Sangiovese Poggio Vicchio - Fattoria Zerbina is born in the heart of Romagna, a land known for producing elegant and full-bodied red wines. Made from selected Sangiovese grapes, this wine authentically reflects the character of the territory, with its calcareous soils and temperate climate suitable for the optimal ripening of the grapes.

The aging method includes a period in oak barrels, which imparts structure and a delicate aromatic complexity. In the glass, it appears with a bright ruby color, accompanied by an intense bouquet of ripe red fruits, notes of cherry, and subtle spicy hints. On the palate, it is full, balanced between lively acidity and soft tannins, capable of evolving with elegance.

Perfect with traditional Romagna dishes such as lasagna with ragù, roasted meats, or aged cheeses, this Sangiovese gracefully tells the essence of an authentic and generous terroir.
