Romangia IGT by Tenores is a wine that captures the authentic essence of Sardinia, a land of traditions and unspoiled landscapes. Produced mainly with the Cannonau grape variety, a local symbol, this red undergoes aging in a Jeroboam wooden case that enhances its complexity and structure, offering an enveloping sensory experience. In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red color, while on the nose it releases deep aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and subtle balsamic hints.
On the palate, the softness of the tannins blends with a pleasant sapidity, providing a balance between elegance and the typical rusticity of the territory. Romangia IGT by Tenores pairs excellently with roasted meats, aged cheeses, and traditional Sardinian dishes, emphasizing the conviviality and warmth of every occasion. A true tribute to the island terroir, capable of thrilling with its expressive richness.
