Rosso di Montalcino produced in purity from Sangiovese grapes. Intended as the younger brother of Brunello. It undergoes a long natural fermentation for 40 days and carried on by indigenous yeasts only, followed by a year of aging in Slavonian oak barrels
Intense ruby red color. Between flavors and smells, it mixes showing great versatility of pairing thanks to the many primary and secondary aromas, ranging from cherry to red fruits, and licorice finish.
